In other speaking engagement news, I am happy to announce that I have been invited to participate in the fourth Podcast Academy which will be held on Thursday September 28th in Ontario, CA, the day before the 2006 Podcast & Portable Media Expo.

I will be discussing my corporate podcasting experience in detail with a session dubbed: “Case Studies From a Corporate Podcast Producer” (thanks to Michael Geoghegan for naming that one). I look forward to it, and I appreciate Michael for inviting me to be a participant in what I am sure will be a very exciting event.

My corporate podcasting experience actually began with Michael. It was May of 2005, the last time I was in California. I went out to work with him on producing the very first set of Disney podcasts. Since then, its been a wild ride being involved in podcast projects for GM / Pontiac, Verizon Wireless, Ortho-McNeil & Dow Chemical among others.

I missed the first ever Portable Media Expo last year, so I am excited to be attending. Tim Bourquin did a great job in 2005, and I am sure this years conference will be even better. I hope to see you all there.
