Exciting news on the podcast front, there will be much discussion and other activities surrounding this, but it is official that I will be heading to Anaheim, CA early Monday morning to assist in producing the very first podcasts for The Walt Disney Company. This is a truly amazing opportunity that literally fell right in my lap via one of my clients who is a Trend Radio listener. Thanks Dave for spreading the word to your team! Given the scope of the production and the timeline I needed quickly to put together a solid team to help plan, promote and most importantly produce a series of 4 podcasts that will take place during the 50th Anniversary celebration of Disneyland, called “The Happiest Homecoming on Earth”

The community has come through in helping me put the team together! Thanks to Todd Storch who introduced me to Michael Geoghegan from Reel Reviews Radio, who has agreed to host the podcasts and produce them in his studio, which is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Disneyland in Cali! Michael has also brought in Tim Bourquin of The Podcast Brothers to assist, and Mike Spataro from the PR agency Golin Harris will also be a part of the crew, or shall I say the official “Disney Podcast Team”

Disney has been great in giving us amazing access to the entire festivities, we are “cleared” for VIP events, celebrity interviews, and so much more. This will truly be a unique podcast series. Disney’s web team has also been amazing in working with us to get a page up for the podcasts and a live active RSS feed for the shows - all in 24 hours! Great job guys!
