Aqua Vino

This is really wild, Chilean winery Viña Casanueva, has spearheaded a new way to store wine, dubbed aqua-cellaring:

Viña Casanueva cellars its wines underwater off the Chilean coast, where several seaside restaurants send divers to retrieve bottles of the ocean-aged vintages when diners order them.”

“Beyond the sheer cool factor of having your sommelier don a wetsuit before uncorking, aqua-cellaring keeps wine at a constant optimal temperature of about 46 degrees Fahrenheit. We’ll drink to that.

Thats a really interesting way to store wine :-) I guess it makes sense.
